SAP MMC DISPATCHER(Disp+Work.exe) STOPPED

Hi,

I've installed the SAP NW 2004s on the XP pro SP2 virtual machine. But the dispatcher(Disp work.exe) is always stopped when I lauch the SAP server, Therefore the SAP logon 710 is always failed.Reviewing the history posts I 've done:

1) change the enivrionment variable DBMS_TYPE to adm

2) delete two files<SID>.dbm.shm and <SID>dbm.shi  from :\sapdb\data\wrk,- After i deleted these 2 files, the system will regenerate the new ones.

Pls help!
