Exploration View Set Not working in higher environment

Hello,

I have created exploration view set using 4 Information spaces and I have moved Information spaces, View set, Universe and connection to Higher environment. In the new environment I have Indexed the information spaces and there on issue using the information space. But if try to launch Exploration View Set, it is black and all the view are grayed out. I am attached the screen print of the view.

Is there any know issue or do I have follow any steps in the higher environment?
