SAP SD benchmark-check if New GL is active in client 900

hi, guys

Log on as SAP_PERF000 with password obelix and language EN to client 900.

use transaction /nSE38 To check if New GL is active in client 900

"You are not authorized to use transaction SE38"

any ideas?
