For those who did not know, Judson Wickham passed away. Judson was a champion of cloud computing and a significant contributor to this community. He and I met when each of us were deploying ByDesign for our respective companies in 2008. We became friends and I grew to appreciate the his strong wit and incredible intelligence.
He was so passionate about his passions. There were so many. He was a modern day renaissance man. He was an artist, musician, writer, philosopher, web designer, ERP pro, and cloud computing pioneer. He never hesitated to say what he was feeling or thinking, and its a brand of honesty that I will miss tremendously.
My heart goes out to his family. Today was his service. I was unable to attend, but I will sincerely miss him, his humor, and our conversations.
It's a big loss for those who worked with him at SAP I'm sure.
It was my privilege to know Judson and to call him my friend.
