also unable to create a new CR based on same table. can connect to the db and select tables, but CR crashes when trying to link tables together. Error ... Crystal Reports has stopped working. Windows can check online for a solution to the problem... (see attached).
same issues on two diff PCs
Notes: recently upgraded from XPsp2 with CR 8.5 to Win7 with CR14. Fresh install, but the ODBC was probably ported over.
