Unique id of role from producer portal is encrypted

Hello All,

We have configured FPN between two 7.3 portal servers. The connection and RRA tests are confirmed.

Issue -

1. The unique id of portal roles coming from producer portal appear encrypted. I had read on help.sap.com that this should not be.

2. When we assign portal roles from producer portal to a user in consumer portal (using RRA), the user when logs into portal does not see any roles/tab assigned. Instead gets a message as 'No portal roles assigned, please contact system administrator'.

Could this be 'coz of issue in point 1?
