When a field encounters calculations from Rows & Columns, is there away to assign the field to use the Rows calculation only?

See the <?> icon in the lower right hand corner in the screenshot below? I assume I am receiving this because Analysis does not know which calculation it should use, correct? For this field, is there a way to tell Analysis to use the Gross Margin % calculation, and not to use the Total calculation?
