Month (alone) comparison in Time PCR HRS Operation

Hi Experts,

I would like to know how to compare month alone between two dates and take decision.

Scenario- Maintained Contract start date say (15.05.2014) in 0041 IT. I want quota (14 days) to be accrued every year on 15/05/XXXX.

I used below Rule bu this is working only if i maintain Contract Start date each time when contract gets renewed. Here, for some employees they will not

maintained Contract start date each year because of open end contract. Please help on how to read month alone between two dates and take decision.
