adding fields which are not seen in OBC4 and OB41

Dear Experts,

Some fields are not accessible/seen in transactions such as OBC4 and OB41 which are used to add or remove fields to transactions. but I see these fields added or removed easily to transactions. could you please tell me path or t-code for adding fields which are not seen in OBC4 and OB41 to transactions.
