Tabular report where users can change columns order and save their layout

Hi

Can we create tabular reports in Crystal where users have an ability to change the column order and also save their preferred layout. They then if required should be able to export that report to excel/pdf , the export should be in the order of the column as seen on the screen.

Any sample demo/examples will help.
