Cannot load model on E&A

Hello SAP team,

 

I am having a problem while i am loading the model on E&A screen.

Problem occurs both in test and live servers.

We have tested our LinkID's and we have a problem with a LinkID SSM_CB_EA. Please see the detailed log below.

 

Our system environment:

Windows

SSM 10 SP6
