Goods Issue through PI Sheet

Hi,

My issue is I am working on PI sheet, Goods Issue i have done single material, but i have 14 Components, at a time I am not able to do the GI, but I want to do like this (see attachment), How we generate the Tables and raw. i am using process Instruction "YGIPLAN" system is only showing two columns.
