New fields at client master data NF-e 3.10

Hello,

We are implementing NF-e 3.10 using OSS notes. We had implemented lots of oss notes, and one of them had created new fields (J_1BICMSTAXPAY, J_1BLEGALNA...) in client's master data. These fields have a matchcode but there's no entries.

Does somebody know, how to fill this new fields/tables?
