We are doing a test load in QA (filling up setup tables) for Purchasing. Once the setup tables are filled, how can I check that the correct number of record entries are in RSA3? Where will I be able to check them against? For example, 2LIS_02_ITM is the item extractor but its fields are coming from EKPO and EKKO. So, how will I be able to check whether the extractor is pulling the right number of records (in RSA3). I have seen similar questions posted here on SCN and no where did I see a conclusive response.
The reason for checking this is because in the past when we ran the setup tables (by breaking them into chunks based on posting date), there were some PO ranges that were missed. When we ran it open wide (one big chunk), the PO's were present. Hence, we want to test this in QA and want to be sure that all PO's are being extracted.
I would appreciate all the help in this matter. Points will be awarded as well.
