using LIS reports out of box

Hi,

    Can we use all teh LIS reports "out of the box" from SAP ? Or do we need to make some configuration like updating of info structures ? Wouldt this configuration be applicable to only custom order types as the std order types would already be set with update to info structure setings? Please do not copy paste the help link as I have gone thru it. My system shows me data when I run LIS reports.....just making sure it is having all the updates in the plain vanilla form.
