Process chain analysis

Hi experts,

I am looking for a way to analyze where the process chain is taking so long.

It's a mete chain which contains several process chains, and each process chain contains many steps.

I would like to know which take each step of the process chain (example : program execution, dtp, data activation...)

I found the FM RSPC_API_CHAIN_GET_LOG which displays the details of steps, but only it informs if the step failed or succeed.

I would like the same thing but with times as well. It exists?
